You don’t need a referral to see a therapist, you can simply book in.

What to Expect

After you book your session, you’ll receive a quick email to confirm the details. At your first appointment, your therapist will take time to understand your story, what’s important to you, and the goals you’d like to work on. They’ll then share some initial thoughts and suggest a plan for moving forward.

It’s completely normal to feel a little nervous, therapy is all about building trust and finding a pace that feels right for you. You can start when you’re ready and always share feedback so your sessions feel truly supportive and tailored to your needs.
